Changes

The following changes have been made in this fork:

• Legacy flag beams for 1.7 players have been added
• The match statistics system has been altered, such that the statistics setting affects whether stats are displayed, not whether they are counted
• Which commands are enabled and which form part of 'community mode' have been changed to suit Stratus' structure, namely:
  • 'Community' is disabled by default
  • Moderation and report commands are disabled
  • List command always enabled
• An API has been restored allowing for manipulation of tab ordering
• (disable-water-sources branch) Support for an option to disable infinite water source creation, dependent on a SportPaper patch
• Improved 1.7 respawning has been added, using wither skulls
• The local /stats command has a config option to enable or disable it
