We copied the 'avoid to do that' example in the documentation https://setuptools.pypa.io/en/latest/userguide/datafiles.html#accessing-data-files-at-runtime
optional multiple target argument not working, without it being an option (--target), so go back to single optional target.
- hide the temp file inside the pandoc conversion - toc addtition as doc -> doc conversion - goal simplify the logic as a filter flow
This enables better diffing of the output
