Add files via upload (changed labels) (#293)

Changed some optical input labels to avoid conflict with labels in a
different gds file. But I see that the Github verification check failed,
apparently due to the error "Error loading layout. Error: layout does
not have 1 top cell. It has 0."

This never happened before and the Klayout verification runs just fine.
I have not changed anything regarding the top cell, only the input
labels. Should I try to re-upload the file?
