As description says, update org name where possible
Also, I noticed that we also offer this website: https://daje.schroedinger-hat.org in the README file, but we it doesn't actually exist, not even in it's old domain https://daje.schrodinger-hat.it, is this intended? Do we need to reactivate it or remove it directly from the README?
