access, refresh 토큰 처리 기능 정상화 로그인/로그아웃은 react-kakao-login 라이브러리의 함수/타입 가져오기로 재구현
react api 사용 시 utils → hooks 폴더로 이동
useEffect 대신 useLayoutEffect로 교체하여 userInfoQuery가 interceptor 등록이 됐는지 확인하지 않아도 되도록 수정
