Create a new file in bundle client bundles that has the hashed base64 encoding of server_identity key

We don't know the server_identity key that was used to encrypt the bundles in bundle client. So we need a way to see which server_identity key was used in the encryption process after we decrypt the bundle.

Add a file to the encrypted bundle that will store the hashed base64 encoding of the server_identity key
