💥 Breaking Change - Requires HA 2023.11

This release adds support for the new ToDo entity in HA 2023.11. However it also removes the equivalent sensor entity previously created.

It would be possible to retain the old sensors if there is a desire by the community. But - this would mean two sets of services and extra code complexity for me to maintain. I'd rather do a clean cut, since eventually you will need to migrate anyway. The only new item in this release is the ToDo entity, so if you want some time, then just don't upgrade.
