shadPS4 Sonic Forces hack V4

Rebase to 0.6.1 and added Squidbus' new fix that fixes issues like flickering sky in Stage 1.
This hack build will let you play past the 1st level, and also lets you play with hints and radio on.
Tested up to Stage 17 by Randomuser8219.

Hack build that skips shaders that cause device losses on NVIDIA GPUs.
Info about running on the custom build:
You MUST have log filter set to *:Debug, otherwise it will crash on boot every time.
This build was made for NVIDIA GPUs. If you have an AMD or Apple GPU, use main instead.
It will go ingame which darkness problems, and crash when hitting an enemy. Niko's shader skip which would normally fix this on AMD doesn't work on NVIDIA (device lost error). Therefore, it's not included here.
