Removed some plugin & Dependencies that is outdated #129

I removed the empatica plugin from the dependency to prevent any errors when running the app on a local system.
Additionally, I removed the outdated radar-android-ppg plugin from the dependency.
As evidenced by the attached screenshot, the app runs smoothly in my local environment.
Consequently, anyone working on running the app on their local system should be able to execute the code seamlessly without encountering any issues.

Happy Contributing let me know if i need to change anything in the pr.
Looking for some suggestions.

Thanks to @blootsvoets @peyman-mohtashami @yatharthranjan Sir for always being helping me out in case of doubts.
