Bug Fixes:

• First Setup imports and places loadouts from dmm into the wrong dir in the config folder.
• Loadouts imported from dmm had the wrong path for the mods in the converted pack.
• Switching modpacks on Windows would cause the application to crash due to how the paths are store in the modpack.json file.
