Chatbox Update - Part 4

• I found out some issues that needed to be resolved in the reaction viewer. Now the extra reaction button disappears on the Viewport Mode.

• I made an attempt to try to correct an emojis/sticker list failure reported by a user. Due to the difficulty of replicating the issue, I'm not sure if it worked.
