when following the instructions of the readme and installing from the debian it creates a folder in the ros-distro-lib with the necessary plugins, but in the ros-distro-share it creates a folder with only the cmake.txt in it. And neither of those folders have any subfolders that are mentioned in the readme.
Admittedly this issue could be at my end as well.
