0.2.1 - Real tests

Added some sample files to test the library in various scenarii, and adjusted the tests accordingly.
These are still no proper tests, without assertions, but it outputs the results to the console so that we can inspect the result...
Also added the tool based on this library that check the consistency of i18n files for ngTranslate.

After quite some iterations on my computer... That's why I tag it directly at 0.2.

TODO: real NPM release, perhaps.
TODO: real tests. Currently just ad hoc tests working only on a given context (not on this project itself!). Can still be used as base for your own tests / examples of usage...
