Installation

1. Install Minecraft Forge 1.8.9 Latest. Make sure you download the latest release, as opposed to the recommended release, because only the latest will work.
2. Once you install Forge, it should be listed as a release in the Minecraft Launcher. Create a new folder in the .minecraft folder, which will be your playerinfo installation directory.
   • Go to the Installations pane in the Minecraft Launcher, find your Forge installation, click the 3 dots and chose edit.
   • Scroll down until you see Game Directory, click browse, and set it to the new folder you created.
3. Create a folder called mods in the game directory you created.
4. Install playerinfo here (not playerinfo-[version]-sources.jar) and put it in your mods folder.
5. Start Forge!
