bugfix for missing address field

Reverted to 3.0.2 and began reapplying 3.10 featureset, mostly there and wallet mnemonic/p key are operational. Will continue to add features & test, probably a new one within a week.

(linux installer now installs CLI & GUI wallets in home directory)

(Probably) Production ready release of new wallet with the new core.

Windows installer should place an Icon on your desktop, Linux install places the binary in /home/user/PK GUI. This will be re-versioned and set as full release ( barring issues) in a day or two, just like to get some more eyes on it.
