PennyKoin Wallet GUI 3.1.3

Several fixed/improvements from CLI built in. MUCH better looking QT wallet, thanks hoang!

MacOS (OSX 10.9+ requirements): Need to turn off Gatekeeper first

1. Open Terminal
2. Input this command: sudo spctl --master-disable
3. Input your mac password when required >> Done.

Linux (64bit):

• Also contains CLI client.
