Edited the section, "Creating the Inventory Service with JAX-RS."
I added the following three pieces of text:

@lauracowen, do you think we only need to do this for the first step? Or, we should do it for say the initial couple?

Is it okay if I hold off reviewing this until we've addressed a similar problem (but hopefully less severe) in the REST guide? OpenLiberty/guide-rest-intro#10. We spent more time reviewing the REST guide for usability and I think we should get it right and then use it as best practice for the others.
