Changes:

• Support screen re-enable in case USB of Rift got disconnected. No restart of program required any more.
• Support non-terminal mode (e.g. started as systemd service on boot). Program will now detect if a terminal is connected to STDIN. If not, the program will ignore keyboard input.

Known issues:

• Log output to journal does not seem to work in case program is started via systemd service.
