@TylerMatteo here's what I have so far. You can see in useCapitalProjectsLayer.client.tsx that it's filtering on
managingAgency, and when you use the Managing Agency dropdown the map results get filtered, but the filtering does not appear to be correct, and when I left off on Thursday I was stuck trying to figure out what exactly it was filtering.
