Targets Windows Server, using .Net Full Framework.

Build for deployment.

Open legacy-services.sln in Visual Studio.
Build > Publish
Click the "Publish" button next to the "Build for Deployment" configuration.
The files to be deployed will be placed in the publish directory, under the project root.
