A small one. should vflip option work when in horizontal orientation? apparently my monitor rotates the wrong way... :-)

I was using MiSTer on my 1080 CRT turned vertically (clockwise) and the flip option works horizontally instead of vertically, which seems incorrect.

Same problem here using in a cocktail cab with 15Hz monitor. The game screen is upside-down. The OSD overlays in the correct orientation, so it's something with the core itself. As noted above by others, using the vflip option flips the screen horizontally (i.e. everything is still upside down but now backward) instead of vertically flipped.

I think the author knows what to do but I'll just add my grain of salt:
vflip is indeed flipping the image vertically, but what users need is to flip both V and H so it will work with their rotated monitors.
I suppose the vflip mode is an intermediate step to get to the full flip mode in a future release.

Any updates on this issue?

@jotego How do users flip both V and H? The current release only allows VFlip.

The maintainer of this repository should XOR the flip signal with both H and V counters, and then maybe will need to offset some values. I do not plan to do this edit myself.
