What change is being made?
Update the test for retrieving historical prices from the Polygon data source to be deterministic, while additionally refactoring API key handling to draw from a more comprehensive configuration setup.
Why are these changes being made?
To ensure the test output remains consistent across runs by using fixed dates, thereby enhancing test reliability. The API key check is now contingent on the new
POLYGON_CONFIGstructure, enhancing code maintainability by centralizing configuration management. This also allows for proper handling of account status, such as requiring a paid subscription.
