Electron version for Debian

Foxglove Desktop version to be used on Debian. It contains the main FoxGlove Studio version with these aditional changes:
- Preventing to locally build and run the desktop version via yarn (mid. 2023)
- The "Extensions" entry in the "User" menu (top right corner)
- Preventing drag&drop installation of .foxe files (bundled extensions) in the web version
