Kotus XML vocabulary list parser.
A simple parser for the free Finnish ~90K word list Kotus (Kotimaisten kielten keskus, Institute for the Languages of Finland) released in 2006 under LGPL license. The word list itself can be obtained from the corpus server of Kotus.
