This is the release of the python2 version of topobuilder in the releasepy2 branch, that will hold any following releases for this python version.

This version of TopoBuilder consistsofn two steps:

  1. Executing TopoBuilder to generate input files for FunFolDes (can be run locally or in a cluster).
  2. Executing Rosetta FunFolDes to obtain the final design decoys (execute in a SLURM-managed cluster).
