Comète is a RDF-based resource manager. Its main goals are :

• provide a repository to locate, aggregate, group into collections and distribute educational heritage
• bring together a critical mass of learning resources in through harvesting and direct upload of metadata
• enable data mining across multiple metadata schemas
• provide tools to other stakeholders through an open source project
