User Interface

The user interface is split into two main panels:
On the left is a window storing the tree of transformations, and on the right is a BigDataViewer window allowing you to browse your images in 2D. All the usual BigDataViewer controls apply - see https://imagej.net/plugins/bdv/. If you can't see the right panel of the BigDataViewer window, you can open this by hovering your mouse on the right side of the viewer and clicking the blue arrow that appears.
Some useful points for navigating different images:
- If you right click in the viewer, you can 'Focus on source' to centre that image in the viewer
- Clicking the checkboxes under the 'active' column in the Sources part of the right window, allows you to toggle visibility of different sources.
- Clicking the leftmost icon under 'Display Modes' in the right window, lets you switch between 'Fused' (i.e. all sources viewed together) and 'Single' mode (i.e. one source at a time). In single mode you can cycle through sources by pressing the buttons under the 'current' column in the right window, or using the number keys on your keyboard e.g. 1 is the top source, 2 is the next and so on...
