* Update VATSpy.dat (vatsimnetwork#614)

* Fixed typo in country description (vatsimnetwork#615)

Changed the country description for ID YU from "Serbie and Montenegro" to "Serbia-Montenegro" to
a) make clearer this is meant to be two different countries
b) make more consistent with other similar country descriptions (like for ID UT)

* HKAA Removal Request (vatsimnetwork#622)

- HKAA Lubarra is no longer an airport active ICAO code
- HKJK aircraft without flight plan are showing at HKAA
