• Release notes:

Added a function, changed names of another function, enhanced a few functions with options, and streamlined some code.

## Breaking change:

- changed name of one function: getVarWindowedIndHet() is now getWindowedViSHet(). This aligns the terminology better throughout the package. Users can simply change the name of this function and it will otherwise work the same.

## New function:

- plotGenomeViSHet(). This produced a genome-wide plot of Variance in Standardized Heterozygosity (ViSHet).
