Context

• Continuation of Deprecate some patterns, remove their internal use #728
• We don't deprecated the Tx pattern:

  cardano-api/cardano-api/internal/Cardano/Api/Tx/Sign.hs

  Line 744 in d9fa5c7

  pattern Tx :: TxBody era -> [KeyWitness era] -> Tx era

• Because our oldest version of GHC 8.10 doesn't allow deprecating a pattern without deprecating the type of the name in the same file (see 8.10 doc as opposed to 9.13 doc). And in this case we have a very widespread type named Tx in the same file.
• So we'll deprecate this one only when all versions of GHC we use will allow to do it precisely. This will be in a few years from now 🙂
