Changed api version to v4

Added the following endpoints

  • Starlinks
  • Crew
  • Payloads
  • Ships
  • Dragons

And added unit tests for them...

@Ezek-iel From a quick look nice job, I'll have to look over it a bit more before accepting and deploying. How did you even come across the repo and decide to update it? I had it on the back burner for years! 🤣
