Add new "Plan to read" status and rework a bunch of features

• Mangas status are now compressed with lz-string and sync with your google account.
• Bookmarks status on managers now have a popup display to select the status.
• Bookmarks managers are now on the bookmarks page to increase genericity.
• Rework bookmarks page mutations (lot cleaner, tiny bit more optimized) and commented most of the page code.
• Change advanced options display to be more compact and less repetitive.

Bugfix:

• Fix a bug causing enhanced bookmarks display to sometime randomly create newlines.
• Fix FreeKiss disabling option not working correctly.
