The "Follow Game" functionality currently is functional on the game landing page, but there is no user feedback or indication that the follow request was successful.

I have made the button disable and changed the button text to "followed" whenever it is clicked. I also slightly modified the HTML template for this change to persist whenever a user navigates to a game that they already follow.
