Please allow all SyncType Settings to be set via Constructor.

Maybe create a SyncTypeSettings data structure that you can pass into SyncVar.

Example

private readonly SyncVar<int> newSyncVar = new(SyncTypeSettings()
{
//List all possible sync var settings here.
    InitialValue = -1;
    SendRate = 1;
    etc...
    etc..
    etc..
    OnChange += HandleNewSyncVarChange // <= Can you do this? would be cool to register delegates in constructor lol

This has been added, but the delegate is indeed not possible.
