Old time inignious
Go to the page about:debugging or about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox (enter it as an url). Then select "load tempary Add-on" and then select the manifest.json file.
Go to the tree dots on top-right > more outils > extensions. Enable the dev mod. Then select load unpacked extension and go to the file location.
