Addresses #4376
Fixes convention log warning to now say to use
c:tools/wrenchinstead ofc:tools/wrenches. I forgot to change this warning when we fixed the pluralization of tools.Added a TOOLS_WRENCH tagkey for modders to use since this is a common tool and logs mentioned it already.
