Task: Calibrate vision

Description:

Calibrate the camera following the description in photonvision docs and using the checkerboard piece of paper. Adjust pipeline settings and LED ring position to get targets appearing as clear as possible.

Repeat the process for lower-light conditions.

Acceptance Test:

Desired targets are visible with as little noise as possible.

Once done, export pipeline settings & save in github
