Extended the ContactDetails entity to include additional email sub-fields, allowing broader choice (e.g., emails.work is sometimes preferred).
Added EmploymentDetails entity, associated with an Employee, to provide additional employee metadata. This may be useful in distinguishing teaching from non-teaching staff.
