Added ability in Docker monitor to get statistics even if the docker is deployed using Mesos. Users can now choose during plugin runtime whether the docker deployment is done via Mesosphere or Unmanaged. When using Mesosphere, the users need not define the list of hosts that are running Docker. The plugin will automatically find the host list by using Mesosphere API.
