v1.1.2 - Data and minor text updates

This release captures minor updates to the website since June 2020. These have been data updates (e.g. adding data from the ZOE symptom tracker) and changes to the text on the website. It also introduces a link to the Welsh version of the website, and a GPL v3 license. These changes have not altered the structure or features of the application.

New Data, Logo, Draft Welsh Version

This release updates the Twitter data with new annotations which are included in the overall json file.

A new data folder called tweets also includes two pkl files of tweet ids (this is an acceptable way for us to share the data without breaking Twitter's rules). Also some old data files have been purged from the repo.

New PHW logo, funding and Turing affiliation added to the frontend, as well as references for contacts (English and Welsh).

The Index now also includes a statement about the Welsh version of the website (available soon in the next release).

Map updates:

• the map sidebar width across js and css is parametrised, making it possible to offer different side bar widths to different devices dependent on screen size.

• Variable names have been updated, and re-ordered.
