Mass invite

You can invite selected raiders directly from your roster. While in [Mass Edit](mass edit mode) mode just press "Invite selected" button. Upon pressing it , invites will be sent and your group will be converted to raid if necessary. There's also dialog window telling you:
- How many people accepted.
- How many invites are pending.
- How many members of each class accepted invites and how many are still waiting.
- How many DPSes, Healers , Tanks have accepted invites and how many are still waiting.
- Will present a list with all people invited with invite status.
