Breaking 1.18 update

WARNING: The 1.17 => 1.18 changes how Wolf Armor is stored, which means any wolf in a 1.17 world will lose it when updating to 1.18. I assume most people are not updating in this way, but if you are, please place the armor in your inventory before moving up.
