PicoRun4_1E17_RHC

Reverse horn current, 1E17 total protons on target, 5E13 POT per spill, 10 files, ~200 spills/file, ~2,000 total spills. 100+100 original GENIE files.

The only change (besides statistics) from MiniRun4 is that the GENIE interaction IDs are no longer renumbered. Previously, this renumbering was done in order to get rid of the "gaps" caused by e.g. rock interactions that escape detection. Now, the GENIE ID can be extracted from the final vertex_id without any indirection.
