AJM: Issue #260: Update documentation to reflect changes in naming conventions for nightly builds and release candidates #261

As per issue #260, the nightly builds are now split into DEV and PROD based on whether the release packages are built using their develop or production/v4 branches. The release candidate naming convention has also been demystified. These changes to the README are intended to accommodate this.
