Diff function does not display some attached files

When making a revision to an existing application, I noticed that the download link to some files was not shown, even though the file was there (uploaded in the first phase and not changed in the revision phase). When editing the application, the files do show. (But: trying to download them causes a server error, a problem that is probably related to #830. This makes me think whether the files are indeed there or have disappeared.)

I was logged in as the applicant, professor4.

The rest of the diff functionality seems to work perfectly, but the fact that I can currently not submit any new applications (#831) means that I am limited in what I can test.

This turned out to be a deployment issue, all files were getting wiped with each deployment. Fixed in the deployment repo.
