Use npm to install bootstrap and remove copy of bootstrap from repository. Adjust stylings for bootstrap 5. Format some js files.

Remove the copy of Bootstrap 3 that previously existed in the Cantus Ultimus repository and use npm, webpack, and gulp to bundle relevant css and js files. Also updates the Yeti Bootswatch theme to the version compatible with Bootstrap 5.
Adjust templates and JS to work with Bootstrap 5.
