OS Grid Ref to OSGB36

Python script to convert a .csv of data in OS grid references to OSGB36 eastings and northings and save as .csv with additional columns

Initially developed for converting Ordnance Survey benchmark archive (https://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/benchmarks/) to OSGB36. Correction values for conversion from grid references to coordinates taken from https://www.le.ac.uk/ar/arcgis/OS_coords.html.
