InventoryManager

Inventory Manager can do a lot! Keep track of your stores inventory in a structure of departments, categories, sub-categories and items! Use the many commands available to alter, add, delete, keep track of inventory or see when you ordered your items.

Installation

Until I know how to get the gem working, please install this application by cloning to a desired file location, then CD into that directory, and then run bundler install.

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install inventory_manager

Usage

To start: make sure you are in the directory, then run bin/inventory_manager_start To exit: Type exit program

Development

After checking out the repo, run bin/setup to install dependencies. Then, run rake spec to run the tests. You can also run bin/console for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.

To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb, and then run bundle exec rake release, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem file to rubygems.org.
