Plugin cannot be installed/updated #90

Describe the bug
The plugin shows as installed without a version number and can't be installed (even though it say "done")

To Reproduce
Open XRM ToolBox Plugin Store (clean or not-clean install)

Expected behavior
To be able to install/update.

Version: 1.2022.11.59

Same issue on version 1.2023.1.63.

Oddly, the NugetPlugins folder is updated (but with no files for version 2.0.3)
No change to Plugins.

2.0.2 is the same but 2.0.0 updates both folders.
