AppImage: set debug if $ULTRAGRID_VERBOSE

If $ULTRAGRID_VERBOSE is set and $APPIMAGE_DEBUG is undefined, set APPIMAGE_DEBUG to value of ULTRAGRID_APPIMAGE.
